Our warehouses in Knoxville, TN, and Las Vegas, NV, serve the entire continental United States. Items listed on our Quick Ship page are shipped from our warehouses, while other products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Yes, you can! If you're near Knoxville, TN, or Las Vegas, NV, our Sales Support Team can arrange for you to pick up your order directly. Please call us to set up a pickup for In-Stock / Quick Ship items during our warehouse hours, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). We ask that you place your pick-up orders at least 2 business days in advance.
You will receive an email notification once your Quick Ship order is shipped, followed by a tracking link from MyCarrier. For all other orders, you will receive an email when your order ships. For GE PTAC orders, please schedule a delivery time that works best for you.
Absolutely! All our refurbished units include a 6-month replacement warranty, which you can extend to a full year. All new units come with a full manufacturer's warranty. If you encounter any issues, our Support Team is here to assist you with troubleshooting.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. For In-stock and Quick Ship inventory, orders are typically processed and shipped the same or next business day. If you refuse an order that has already been shipped (excluding damages), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
Returns are possible under certain conditions but will incur a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping if returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To use your tax exemption, please call our Sales Support Team. They will guide you through the verification process and assist you in placing your order over the phone. We can usually set up your tax exemption the same day we receive your exemption certificate, but please allow an additional 1-3 business days for verification and order processing. Unfortunately, we cannot provide tax exemptions or sales tax refunds after an order has been placed.
We gladly accept ACH payments, but please expect a minimum of 5 days for order processing and release.
Credit card declines can occur if the billing address provided during checkout does not match the address on file with your bank. This is known as an Address Verification System (AVS) mismatch. Ensure the billing address entered matches the one your bank has on file to avoid this issue.
